Executive Recruiters Resume Writing Scams

Executive Recruiters Resume Writing ScamsThere are many executive recruiters resume writing scams out there. Unfortunately, the internet can be a great source of information, but you need to know what to look for. So many companies give you an answer so much less than the reason for why they hired you. Sometimes it's just the last name or another keyword that was on their website. You can avoid this with a simple and easy solution. What most people don't realize is that companies want to know why you were hired. And the best way to do this is by using common sense. To avoid being scammed, use the same technique as a recruiter would to find out why they were hired. If the reason isn't exactly what you thought it was, you'll get a more accurate, more useful response.Ask yourself if you would have been hired by the company and if the response would have been more than just a 'Thank you for your interest'. The best thing you can do is just to list all the possible reasons that could have g otten you the job. Find out why it might have been a better position for them and why you would have done better. In my opinion, that will be more of a reason for why you would be hired over a competitor. This sounds like common sense, but I hear many people who were hired that didn't even know why they were hired. Here's an example: they got the phone call from a company with a great position and they thought it was a layoff and it took them forever to find out.I've heard from some of these people and it makes me wonder if they were laid off or if they got a really poor job that they couldn't fix. These are all opportunities for the executive recruiters to steal your time and money. So, when you are considering looking for a job you should know which resume writing scams you're dealing with. The best way to get an honest answer is to follow the same steps used by the recruiter to find out why they were hired. I've had so many stories from companies that can't figure out why they got my resume, that's when I started sharing the story.
